Option A – FOLD IN FORM METHOD

The “Fold in Form or “PVC Thermoformed” method of pipe repair is the performed through the process of heating a PVC liner, held on a large reel, until the material is soft and pliable. The new PVC liner is then winched though the existing host pipe to be rehabilitated. Both ends of the existing pipe are then plugged with special steam plugs to add more heat and air pressure. The new PVC liner is then inflated inside the existing pipe until a snug and tight fit is achieved around all existing pipe contours. Finally, the new PVC liner is cooled slowly until it is fully cured. The results are a seamless surface.

The “Fold in Form” method minimizes community disruption. Roads do not need to be dug up and often the whole job is completed in just one day. The efficiency of this method of pipe rehabilitation benefits customers, saving both time and financial resources.

Option B – CCCP METHOD
(CENTRIFUGALLLY CAST CONCRETE PIPE)

The “CCCP” method of pipe rehabilitation is a trenchless pipe repair process. This method is versatile and can be used for any type of pipe repair. A cementitious fiber reinforced product is sprayed onto the interior walls of an existing damaged pipe. This process provides a seamless, full rehabilitation of the pipe. All the defects of the host pipe are sealed and corrosion protection is provided. Customizable for each deteriorated pipe’s condition, material can be sprayed anywhere from ¼” to 1” thickness. This adjustment allows for variations in structural stability.
